This competitive edge means that you, a student of Maharishi Academy, will gain intellectual mastery in mathematics, English and writing, the sciences, languages, and history. You will learn these subjects at a deeper level and, at the end of your senior year, be ready for success at any university in the world.
In addition, through the Science of Creative Intelligence, you will see how the same principles of intelligence and growth are found to be the basis of every discipline: English, mathematics, science, and art. And through the practice of the TM technique, you will discover that these same principles of intelligence and growth are at the basis of your own personal growth and a student and as a human being.

Routine of Study
Let’s begin by imagining the daily routine of a Maharishi Academy student. You begin each academic day with a 15-minute experience the Transcendental Meditation program. Your mind dives deep into its own Self, and you experience the most silent level of your inner consciousness. You begin to systematically expand your mind and move towards using 100% of your mental potential instead of using only 5-10% of your consciousness.
Having gained these scientifically documented benefits from your TM practice in the morning, you begin your first subject of the day. As you assemble the points of knowledge required to solve the math, computer, or language problems posed by your teacher, a remarkable process begins. Your mind begins to draw upon the cosmic intelligence accessed during your meditation and you achieve your first breakthrough in problem-solving ability. This integration of human and cosmic intelligence increases as you advance through each course.
In order to help you integrate this new synergy, Maharishi Academy has designed special charts that present the lessons of each subject in terms of the whole discipline and in terms of your own personal experience.
As the days, months, and years of your study progress, you become eminently versed in each modern discipline. At the same time, the unbounded nature of cosmic intelligence becomes fully integrated into your mind and body, and you begin to breath the totality of Natural Law. In this mature state, your mind swings with the same infinite intelligence that governs the entire universe without mistakes, from the galactic orbit of heavenly bodies to the minute detail of subatomic particles. And you can bring this universal intelligence to bear upon any subject of your choosing.
